Instructors

ASHTON

Ashton is an ayurvedic coach, ecologist, and yogini. She has been a student of yoga for 15 years and counting, as she is currently enrolled in a Kundalini YTT. Her experience includes teaching restorative and vinyasa yoga for over two years and has guided meditations/breathwork and ceremonial facilitation for over 5 years. The ceremonies have been for women celebrating earth day, and herbal medicines which has resulted in a larger sisterhood community. Meditations have been anything from corporate to donation based public park level sessions. Upon request Ashton can blend in belly dance moves enhancing the feminine vibes of a yoga class. Her dharma is to keep people intune with themselves through nature.

PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICY: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are refundable, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations and reductions in the number of participants less than 48 hours before the service are nonrefundable.
HEAT & WEATHER: Extreme heat, rain, or other extreme weather may require the class to take place indoors. The client is responsible for providing space large enough for participants.
LIABILITY WAIVER: All participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in the activity.
FEES: Suggested 20% gratuity and optional upgrades are not included.
